The film is confirmed for a July 27th and has Viji Chandrasekar (sister of actress Saritha), Marimuthu, Uma Padmanabhan and Vaduvukkarasi in key roles. Talking about the title Lakshmi said, “Aarohanam means ascending of the swarams in a Carantic raga.
