Samuthirakani’s learning Kannada

Sandalwood has beckoned Samuthirakani in a big way. It looks like the director-actor is now focussing on the Kannada film industry, which is otherwise known as Sandalwood.

He’s working currently in Puneet Rajkumar’s next Yaare Koogadali. Samuthirakani seems to be enjoying the experience of a new industry and actor. It is said that he is working hard on learning Kannada, a language knew to him, and is putting his best effort into it.

After flicks in Tamil, Samuthirakani forayed into the Telugu film industry with the remake of Nadodigal that was titled Shambo Shiva Shambo. And it is well known among people in Kerala that he is also an established actor, other than directing films. Let’s hope that this multi-faceted personality does well for himself in all the industries that he’s part of!
